Quality Control Inspector - Residential Properties (Nationwide)
- Inspect and report on properties as assigned within 24 hours.
- Report repairs or emergency/hazardous conditions within 24 hours.
- Report the need for small repairs (i.e. re-glazing windows, adding handrails, etc.)
- Report and re-secure property in the case of vandalism.
Requirements: Digital camera/ability to upload photos. High speed Internet/Online access.

Handle client calls, manage work order processes, and handle vendor and client issues. Position requires a polished and articulate individual with great customer service skills who is able to work in a deadline-oriented environment and can demonstrate organizational skills with maintaining all property and administrative files. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
